That train has a little bit of history. When it was retired from service, it was used as a trainer for a few years before being stored in the back of property. One of the owners of the now closed Mousesurplus acquired it and was using it for a static sign, before taking it to Ga I think, and just recently sold it. The new owner is apparently reselling it.
