I actually set my alarm clock (and wake up calls on vacation) down to the minute. 06:00 is too rigid a time for me.

Sounds like a great idea since I have never been to Ft. Wilderness except for the Hoop De Doo Revue and that was at night and we had the hardest time finding it. (That's where we're starting, right?) I am so looking forward to these resorts. I don't think I've ever been to them. Good thing I just bought my first digital camera.

Jamie-hmmmm...at DTD...well, even tho I had the worst dinner ever at Fulton's Crabhouse, DH and I both agreed we liked the lounge! I guess you will be hitting Pleasure Island, right?

but of course! ... one of us thinks we're going there every night but i don't know about that, lol ... we're not seafood eaters, so i dunno about a crabhouse ... i don't think we'll be rushing to the parks on the first day, so dinner and drinks in DTD is prob what we'll do ... though i'm thinking about going over to the boardwalk ... all the talk about the brewery has me pretty interested ... only thing is, i'm not quite sure how to get there without taking a cab ... can we get there by boat from DTD? ...

Only boats at DTD go to PO-R, PO-FQ, OKW & maybe SSR.

But you can get a bus from DTD direct to the Boardwalk.

JamieNYC - since you're going to DTD, could you do me a mucho favor and if you're walking around Pleasure Island, check the progress of Raglan Road. It's a new Irish pub opening up, supposedly in September. I'd love to make a stop there when I go in October!
