Monorail down for refurbishment on President's Day?

i just noticed on the Disneyland website that the monorail is down for refurbishment on February 19 (President's Day). Down for only 1 day then reopening the next day, February 20.

Anyone know why? Is there a Presidents’ Day event on it?
