Monorail Credits

i used to get 25 credits when i'd play my tunes on the monorail but i've noticed the last couple days i only get 10. am i being cheated or is that the new amount you get ?

Hmm. I never play on the monorail because it's too much of a hassle to get to and get on. Then, you have to wait in line to play.

I usually only play in the music game because I can pick and empty room and go right up without any wait.

But, after the re-did the monorail, I did play a couple times there. But, I would only get my credits if I hadn't been in the music game for a while.

Something weird is going on. I just did the mix and played the song on the monorail and got 100 credits for it being my first time, but it wasn't my first. I did this on two characters and it was the same.

I really like all these flukes that are going on. It is helping with the severe credit loss from the rides.

I just used the monorail mixer to create a song and played it on a mule. He had never been on the monorail but had created and played in the music game.

I got 100 credits for creating for the first time and 100 credits for playing for the first time.

I then headed over to the music game and played and mixed and got my 25 for each.

It used to be that even though the songs and rooms were separate, the rules of playing every half hour and mixing every hour applied to both. So, if you did it in the music game, you had to wait the amount of time before going to the monorail so that you could actually get credits there.

It looks like they finally completely severed the ties between the two.

Woot! That's one thing they got right today.

*Edit* Just confirmed this with my main character. Woot! Unfortunately, I keep crashing as I'm trying to play my song.

I was getting 100 on characters that had already created mixes and played them, but now I'm down to 10 on everyone. The upside is, as mentioned above me, that you don't have to wait anymore, so now you can get more credits per half hour. I don't know, the whole thing has been confusing to me.

I don't remember that it even has credits 90% of the time. It's kind of like the 3 ghosts, too hard to get at. I can play a game of ghost and make many more times the credits.
