Monorail Closing!

I just got confirmation from Disneyland Reservations that the Monorail will be going down from August 21st through mid-December. There will be a tram that will be available to take you to Downtown Disney. Monorail is closing because of the construction of the new Nemo sub ride.

I have seen on the construction walls that Nemo Submarine Voyage will open Spring 2007. I also have heard that It will open Summer 2007. Has anyone heard a more exact time. I have an annual pass that is good through June 10, 2007. I bought this in hopes of returning to DL next year to ride a submarine. I haven't ridden a Disney submarine since WDW in 1992. When I had returned in 1994, the 20,000 Leagues attraction had closed. I've never ridden the Disneyland submarines as my first visit to the west coast was in 1998.

DLR President Matt Oiumet made it sound like the subs were opening officially on DL's next birthday.
