Monorail After Epcot EMH?

Does the monorail run after Epcot evening EMH? We'll be staying at the Poly, and would like to take the monorail back to our resort after EMH end at 11pm.

Direct from the Disney website:

The Walt Disney World Monorail System operates from 30 minutes prior to earliest park opening until one hour after latest park closing.

So yes. The monorails run until 12 after Epcot EMH.
