None of the WDW Resort TV's have that feature. What you can do is go to the front desk of the Resort your staying at and ask for copy of your bill with all room charges anytime you want.
Disney needs to wake up, and join the 1990's. Even low quality, budget type hotels have in-room, on TV screen viewing of room charges. There is no valid reason why Disney does not offer this benefit.

It'd be a costly upgrade, and the main reason low budget ones do it is the places you can spend at are very small and usually not tied to a credit card. Its fine the way it is, they dont need to spend money on info infrastructure when they can spend it on the parks. I would guess the ballpark figure to do this would be in the millions, not tens of thousands. On the plus side, there'd be a few new network op jobs paying big bucks at disney to monitor something like that.
If I'm remembering correctly, Swan & Dolphin have daily updates available on their televisions. At the Disney resorts, it only takes a few minutes to get an updated printout of your charges at the front desk.
Might get some flak on this but I disagree its about the money it cost to have a system installed. I think its more about Disney people don't want you to know on a daily basis what you are spending. If you saw on a daily basis what you have charged so far it could affect how you spend the rest of your vacation. Instead you get the sticker shock at the end after your vacation is over.
