Has anyone had any experience dealing with this company financing DVC points? I contacted them approx 10 days ago and was told everything was find and I just needed to send them a copy of the contract when I had one in place. I did this on Saturday, then today I called and left messages twice and sent two emails but never received any reply. My original email from them and the person leaving the busy message on their phone has the same name. Surely this isn't a one person company.

Their contact phone number is an Indianapolis area code, but there isn't any listing for the company in either the Indianapolis or the Orlando better business bureaus. Which is a red flag to me.

That said, there are some previous disboards threads of members who apparently had good experiences with this company.

If I couldn't review the reputation of a loan company through a better business bureau, I wouldn't consider a loan from that company. But that's just me. Maybe some other person knows if/where Monera has a profile???

Apparently it is a small local office, I received email earlier today with all needed information.

Some of them can be a one person company. Timeshare Lending, i know for sure is run by one woman.

We used Timeshare Lending and have had a great experience.

I used them for my BWV resale earlier this year. One of the three that The Timeshare Store recommended, and I have had no problems either. As the OP stated, once it was all approved and set (which was super quick and easy) they did send the email saying just send the contract once I had it. Honestly, that was my last contact with them and I didn't need them for any additional correspondence, as the remainder of the work and contact was done with and through my agent at Timeshare Store and Magic Vacations Title. You can easily check your payments history, status, etc online as well on their website.
