Looks like fun!

It would REALLY be fun if they would break with the WDW "Policy" of no live TV in the Parks(World Cup 2014 being the one exception)and continue the Party with a viewing of the Game there in the Festival Center.

Guests visiting Epcot's Festival Center through October 15 will be be able to enjoy the new "Monday Night Football Tailgate Party." This special event is open to Guests of all ages (booked on a first come first serve basis) and will be held on Monday nights from 4:30 p.m. until 5:15 p.m.​

Yes! This is a great idea! I wish they would do this year round for all major sporting events. Hello, WDW, take my money!!!

I would have no trouble with a separate enclosed area that has screens, food etc to go to for a special event for those that want such. That wouldn't affect any visitor who has no interest. I do NOT want any of the parks restaurants turned into sports bars! Go to ESPN for that if you must. Disney trips for us are too expensive to spend time doing something I can do at home! When I'm at Disney with the family I leave the world of home behind. Tailgate party at the festival center sounds like a great idea for those that would enjoy it.

Food & Wine Tailgate hosted by ESPN’s Monday Night Football is coming to the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. Fans will be able to enjoy a complimentary 45-minute program focused on pairing tailgate-inspired food and drinks. Guests will enjoy a flight of three food samples inspired by the cities of the teams playing on ESPN’s Monday Night Football that week, along with three beverages. During the program, culinary experts will discuss the preparation of the dishes.

The event runs Mondays in September and October in the Festival Center from 4:30-5:15 PM. Guests can pick up a wristband to attend the festival starting at 9 AM each Monday that the seminar is offered. All guests must be at the Festival Center in person to pick up their wristbands. Both wristbands and seating are limited, and are distributed on a first-come, first serve basis.
