Hello my fellow DISers,
It's Monday and once again we are on the move. This morning we decided to go to MGM. So we packed up the fanny pack, loaded up the hats with pins, gathered up the kids (sleepyheads and all) and moved on out. Got to MGM at around 9am and was going to get breakfast at Starring Rolls but they were closed due to technical issue! Aargh!!!! What is this world coming to? But we survived and did the Great Movie Ride, Millionaire, Indy Jones, and Star Tours. There were no fastpasses to be had... the machines were all closed up. The fastpass area of Millionaire was even boarded up.
Anyways, we had to go outside of Disney this afternoon (GASP!!!! Venturing outside the hallowed gates!). My in-laws are retiring down here next year and they wanted us to check out their lot. So we had to go down 192 (cheeseyville as the kids call it) but the place they picked was really nice. It was in Solivita - an active retirement community.
So we got back from our venturing and picantel decided he needed a nap. Well, since the kids were hot to trot after their car trip nap, I took them to the pool. Well... the pool was closed due to lightning 6 miles away. Half an hour later they finally opened the pool.
Later we went to MK for the evening and ran thru Buzz Lightyear about 6 times in a row with no waiting whatsoever. We decided to skip Wishes tonight as we couldn't find a decent spot and since we were going to watch it tomorrow anyways.
So... Monday at the World was another gorgeous day with light rain in the afternoon but otherwise warm and slightly humid.
