Ok this will be out 4th year in a row going to wdw.

the first year (April 06) we just walked around did not really have anything planed for "our" night out. My father was also alive so he watched our daughter.

2nd year (April 07)- We went to DTD to Cirque du soleil

3rd year (April 08) - Dinner at Bistro de Paris

What should we do this next time (April 09)?

We go get kids night out babysitter for the kids as they are still both too little to do the clubs (Daughter will be 4 this next trip and Son will be 2).

Help please i want to do something with my wife, not as pricy as this last year (i did the tasters menu :rotfl: ) it was good though.

Thanks ahead for your help

Well...

this...

MIGHT...

BUT

The BLUE MAN GROUP tics over at Universal are tons cheaper than elsewhere (at least the traveling shows I've been tempted to see) Iam so looking into whether I can afford to go or not on my quickie trip next month. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: <<<< please note BLUE smilies

One really inexpensive thing that we did was to visit the Pattiserie in France and got a few pasteries and a drink. We went through the countryyard and through the archway. There is a little private courtyard that is near the boat launch but no one ever seems to be in. We sat and talked for almost an hour on the little benches and watched the world go by almost 100 yards away but felt totally insulated from it.

Good Luck! We know time out can be few and far between so we always want to just talk to one another and not always see a show.:)

thanks everyone i will look into all suggestions and if anyone has other idea feel free to let me know

if you like clubs, Citywalk is hoppin thurs fri and sat nights. HOB has techno Thursday nights and CM night on Sunday nights so that provides some fun.

I like the suggestion about sitting in a quiet place and watching. I love people watching at WDW, it's a great way to relax. You can stroll along the beach at the poly and watch the fireworks. You could also stroll on the boardwalk and rent one of the little double bicycles. Don't forget jellyrolls too! That was my favorite place on my trip last year.

There are many things to do for a couple. Hopefully that helps

I hear that the carriage rides over at FW are romantic. Especially if you can time it so that you are going right at dusk, so that you can see the deer, rabbits, racoons, and armadillos come out to play. I also hear that it's fine if you want to bring a bottle of something bubbly to pop open and enjoy along the way. Of course the occasional piece of bling to mark the special night out doesn't hurt either. ;)
