Moms - need help w/ Disney sizing for big kids

Not sure if anyone is in the same spot as me or not but I have a almost (1/4 inch away) 5 foot tall 9 yr old DD. She is tall & skinny.

Prob is she despises pink & girly colors & really likes the Tinkerbell sherpa lined sweater hoodie at disneyshopping.com. I was thinking of getting it for our trip.

Do you know if a Girls 12 or 14 would fit a Woman's XS??

I think it would fit her fine! My 12 year old is 5'6", my height! She has a size 9/10 womens foot and she is skinny and longlegged. Last spring I went to a juniors size 0 to get the length in pants she needed, it seemed the girls sizes just are larger round versus longer. The pants are alittle big around the waist but fit her perfectly in length. I have been buying her the XS in Disney clothes since last winter, of course, Disney clothing is not all sized the same. I can buy a womans XL and its fits my daughter or it can hang on me. But, I think you will be fine with XS. My daughter also has long arms which is hard to find long-sleeve shirts for and the womans or juniors take care of that. She probably is only a size girls 12 in girth but with the long arms/torso, the shirts are always too short for her. BTW, I bought her the Tink jacket last winter/spring on clearance and it was a womans XS and fits her perfectly. It was the sherpa lined one with Tink on the pocket.
