Mommy and Me time with a 3yr old

Hi All-

We're taking our daughter, Dierdre, to WDW in December to celebrate her 3rd birthday. I gave my husband a ticket to Disney Quest in his Easter basket (he's always wanted to go and we've never been able to fit it in) so he'll be off on his own one afternoon. My question is this... what would be a fun thing to do with Dierdre? I'm excited about the idea of having her all to myself for a few hours in WDW. Obviously I'll guage her attitude that day, but I was wondering if anyone has any fun ideas.

What about the afternoon tea at the GF. You could both get all dressed up and do the girl thing.

I think 3 might be a little young for the tea, but a character meal might be fun, or some time in ToonTown meeting characters, or maybe some pool time - my dd just loves the pool.
