Any feedback? Would love any- thanks!

I'm taking my Mom to Disney in September after many times of her taking me! :) Just to note- despite being fit and young- she had a heart attack 2 years ago :( She is doing great now- but we do have to sometimes keep it in mind when choosing places. She can usually find something to eat- but we had to rule out some choices so it's a bit easier for her.

Usually we do the same restaurants- so this time we're doing all new ones with the exception of Boma!

We have the 7 day dining plan- but chose 2 signatures. We're going for relaxing- so I hope this plan seems like it will be!

Sat-

Arrive at CSR at Noon
Epcot All Night
7 at Tutto Italia

Sun-

AM at MK w/ quick service
PM Enjoying Resort
Probably MK area resort hop for fun for a bit
9:15 At California Grill

(This was all they had available. Do you think it's okay to watch fireworks from bar and then sit down to eat?)

Mon-

AM at Epcot
Paying OOP at Beaches & Cream
PM at DHS w/ quick service

Tues-

AM at MK
PM Enjoying Resort w/ quick service at food court
7:20 at Boma

Wed-

AM at AK w/ quick service
PM go back to hotel to relax for a bit and get ready
6:30 at Artist Point
Wishes at MK

Thurs-

Late Morning at Epcot w/ lunch & dinner as Epcot quick service
Walk thru boardwalk and take boat to Fantasmic
Take boat back and do jellyrolls

(This is the only day I'm not crazy about- but Fantasmic is only on Thursday and we didn't want to wait until Thursday to do the rides at DHS. A bit of a pain, but we're fast movers- we move quickly :) Do you think this will be okay?)

Fri-

Resort hopping to walk around, downtown disney, pool, etc in AM & PM. Thinking w/ quick service at Wolfgang Puck Express
7:00pm at Chefs De France
Late night (EMH) at Epcot

hey, I think your planning looks great,
with the Cali grill they will let you go out onto the balcony to watch the fireworks, don't know when you are going but SOMETIMES disney add an extra fireworks at 11pm, they don't always do it until about the month before you go but check the times etc when you are near to going and you may find that you will actually be there for the 11pm one too.

My mum loved teppan edo when we went because it was something she had never seen before, I might change that with one of the other epcot places but your mum might be cooler than mine and already know what a tepannyaki is etc!!!

The DHS i wouldn't worry about, the boat rides etc are a nice relax anyway and the park is SOOOOOO crowded on fantasmic nights (during the day I mean) because ppl don't have hoppers that I would say this is a better way of doing it.

The only thing that I might add is a character meal somewhere, I know these sound like they are for kids but they are still fab with adults adn you get lots of nice pics etc, maybe a breakfast at chef mickeys or cape may cafe, I'd pay OOP not use dining plan.

What about afternoon tea at the Garden View room in the GF? I love to go there and think it would be a fun mother/daughter activity. No matter what their ages are. It's not on the dining plan though.

Thanks to you both! :)

We thought about Teppan Edo, but did it about 10 years ago and with hibachi being more popular these days- ended up going with the france restaurant. And let me tell you too- I think it was renovated right? I preferred the old look! This new look looks so sterile in pictures- its odd! We definitely thought about it though.

Thanks for the tip about California Grill and confirming the DHS part of the schedule. That is such a good point- makes perfect sense!

Katydyd- I did briefly think about that! :) Will look into it more. I used to work at the GF so it has a special place in my heart.
