In that price range, if you like buffet style meals, I don't think you can beat the New England Clam bake at The Cape May Cafe in the Y+B club. It is just ahead of your stipulated price range, but that does include starters and an excellent dessert selection as well. There are plenty of seafood options (obviously at a clam bake) but they always have plenty of non fish options for those that aren't as keen on fish.
Flying fish is a VERY nice restaurant, but maincourses there alone are close ( or above) the cost of the whole buffet at Cape May, similar story at the excellent Yachtsman's steak house.
Spoodles is an option, but IMHO likely to be a touch more expensive than Cape May and the Mediteranian style food may be a little unfamiliar to you.
The Swan/Dolphin also has some excellent choices, but again all of those are going to be about the same price for an entree as Cape May is for the whole experience.
