Cast: Karen (Mom, 38), Brian (Dad, 37), Emily (10 3/4), Noah (6 3/4), Halle (3 11/12), Joel (2)

Wednesday morning: Mickey wakeup call at 6:15. We had 8:05 PS at Cindy's, so we monorailed over and were entertained by Ray in the queue waiting for them to admit us. Brian took the 2 youngest and went to get a stroller while I took the older 2 and headed for the castle. We were seated almost immediately. Our server was David... he was quite amusing and kept us entertained as we waited for the princesses. They arrived almost too quickly.... we ended up having pictures with 2 characters at once; Cinderella and Mary Poppins arrived almost simultaneously, as did Alice and Belle. We saw Snow White as we were leaving.

Left the castle as the park was officially opening and were greeted by CMs waving big Mickey hands. Walked straight onto the carousel, then to Dumbo. Then managed a walk-on to Winnie the Pooh as well. Halle kept her eyes covered during this too (see a them emerging?). Walked onto Small World with Emily nad Halle while the boys did Peter Pan. They finished up Peter Pan and moved over to Small World. When they got off, I rode PP alone then did Snow White's Scary Adventures with Noah and Emily while Brian headed to Dumbo again with the 2 younger ones. By this time it was around 10-10:30. We headed over to Haunted Mansion. Brian, Emily, Noah, and Joel did HM while Halle and I rocked on the porch of the Yankee Trader shop. Then I rode HM with Emily. We all rode the riverboat next, then walked through Frontierland. Saw Big Al and Wendell there. Brian and Emily walked onto Splash Mountain, while the 3 younger played in the Laughin Place. We left the stroller there and took the train to Toontown. Saw Mickey's house and walked straight in to Mickey's dressing room. Went through Minnie's house, then took train to Main Street and caught the boat back to the Poly. Stopped in the lounge on the way back to the room for light snacks. Got to room a little after 1:30. Brian took the 3 oldest to the pool while I got Joel to sleep shortly after 2 and took a short nap my self. Kids and dad were back to the room at 3:45, right after Joel woke up.

Got dressed and headed to MK to shop a little. Saw the White Rabbit. Went to the Emporium and bought hats for kids. Emily and Halle both bought Minnie folding hairbrushes (Halle's started coming apart the next day  ). Took the launch to GF for 7pm seating at 1900 Park Fare. Saw Goofy and Piglet in the lobby, then Eeyore, Pooh, and Tigger inside. Food was quite yummy.... especially the chicken piccata and 5 cheese lasagna. Got back to the lounge around 8:30-9. Lights out in the room by 10:30.

Tomorrow: Animal Kingdom!

Sounds like your having a great time...

What did your 10 year old like the best? Did she enjoy the characters also?

I asked her her favorite things from each park....

MK: Splash Mountain
Epcot: Test Track
MGM: Rock 'n Rollercoaster
Epcot: Primeval Whirl

As you can guess, she is a thrill ride person. So glad my husband is too... or she wouldn't have anyone to ride with (except for Splash Mountain and Test Track... I liked those as well).

She says she "kind of" enjoyed the characters. She is at the age where it isn't "cool" to hang with them, know what I mean??
