I started laughing til dw said I have to get it...
Good thing dd likes the toy...:o she got it...btw--the toilet was clean...

LOL, I really hope I run into you guys at DISCON. You're girls are so cute even when the stuff they do is not intended to be. :)

That just reminded me about then my now 20 yr. old son was little threw my mothers slippers in the tolilet. I'll tell you, what are kids thinking of, that is so funny:D

Wait until she throws something in it and plugs it up. Happened here to many times to count.

DD dropped her Rajah the cat from her Alladdin figurine collection into the toilet while it was flushing. Of course, it flushed it down, and got stuck. I ended up having to pull the toilet off and trying to jam the toilet snake as hard as I could into the toilet to get poor old Rajah out.

We got him out, he was disenfected and cleaned thoroughly and returned for play. Figurines are no longer allowed in the bathroom. :D:D

My diamond tennis bracelet slipped off my arm and into the toilet at work one day, and it is an automatic flusher! I dived in after it without any hesitation and retrieved it just in time....yes, it was dirty.....but it was a $500.00 bracelet!:teeth: Yes, I disinfected my hand and arm. :teeth:

So are the other stories. :p

Never had anything like that happen with my two........:) Now that they are 13 & 14 I think I'm pretty safe too;)

But Catsrule....diving in the loo after your bracelet YUCK!!!!

What some people do hey??:)

It's so nice to know that I'm not the only parent who had to dig in a toilet for a toy!;)

When my DS was a toddler he had a thing about throwing his matchbox/hot wheel cars in the toilet. Several at a time. The last time he did it he flushed, so we broke him of that habit pretty darned quick...... :teeth:

The boy was obsessed with throwing things in the toilet though. My best toilet story was when I was potty training him. He had this thing where he refused to take his snow boots off when in the house. Never mind that it was May, and there was no snow on the ground. So one morning I caught him on the potty, naked as a jaybird with not a stitch on but his snowboots. I figured, well, hey, at least he is going. I was happy until I realized he had thrown every article of clothing he was wearing IN the toilet!

The girls were playing in the tub, so I am not sure...Mandy retrieved it...
They must've been playing toilet basketball or something...

My youngest was about six months, somewhere around there, and I had placed him in his little baby carrier seat while I took a shower and left my 3 year old to watch tv. Anyway, not long after I was in the shower I could hear giggles and I asked DS, "what was so funny", to which he replied, "I'm playing with bubby."

I panicked, looked out to see my oldest had the baby, feet first in the potty, flushing it. I shrieked, "what are you doing?" My DS said, "I'm showering bubby." They both were giggling.
