Does anyone have this cookbook? My DS (12) has asked for an Italian Cookbook for Xmas (he wants to go to culinary school when he graduates h.s.) and I was wondering how this cookbook was? DS really amazes me how he can sit there and watch the Food Channel over and over . . .

I am not familar with that particular cookbook, although I do have several Italian cookbooks. I love cooking Italian food! Does the cookbook have photos? Some of my best cookbooks have beautiful photos of the food which helps.

My favorite Italian cookbokk doesn't have any pictures - it's the "North End Italain Cookbook" with recipies from people living in the North End of Boston (an Italian neighborhood). The recipies I've made from there have been delish!!
