The building was closed over a week ago after a heavy rainstorm.
Then black mold was discovered.
Passport Services is available again.

The threat of black mould has closed the passport office in the Harry Hays building.
The concern over mould stems from the heavy rain that fell on Calgary earlier this week.
On Wednesday, the federal building was closed but the passport office remained open.
By Friday morning, the passport office was also closed after black mould was discovered in the building.
Commissionaires are stationed at the buildings entrances to turn people away.
Those arriving to process their passport applications are leaving disappointed.
I drove seven hours to get here and I need to have a passport by the end of the month, said Dorothy Codville.
Prior to the trip, Codville says she spent four hours on the phone talking to a woman who guaranteed, if she came in, she would have the application processed.
The Harry Hays building is expected to be open early next week.
In the meantime, passport applications can be dropped off at the south office at 14331 Macleod Trail, S.W.
