Mold and mildew in the shower

Has anyone else noted that the conditions in the showers @ OKW aren't as nice as before, We've had 2 rooms recently with mold in the showers

Yeah, someone else noted that on another thread and found the vents had been painted shut. They pried them open and were fine.
