I am trying to find moisture wicking underwear for my daughters. It just doesn't make sense, to me, to spend plenty of $$ for moisture wicking skirts, shorts, tops and then have them wear cotton underwear that will be wet. I have seen the Champion C9 bras for kids (dd 9) but I have not seen undies and my girls are 8 and 9.

Have any of you seen such a thing?

never heard of anything like it. Most athletic shorts have a built in liner which can be used instead of underwear (personal choice) which would be more moisture wicking but I've never seen underwear specifically made for moisture wicking.

I never heard of or seen moisture wicking underwear. I think cotton would be the best since anything else is not as brethable and could cause issues wiht moisture build up. Most girls don't sweat that much down there, it's usually on their legs or the small of their back. outer moisture wick clothing will help wiht that since it is lighter-weight and more breathable.

I bought the boxer briefs on clearance last year and they are his favorite underwear. They might even make an extra small, so check it out. Maybe the ladies extra small sizes might fit a little girl as well. Hope this helps.

Have you checked into Under Armour they make them for athletes I know I saw some at the Under Armour Outlet because my son has that issue and I thought this year that would be great. I did see some mens underwear in Walmart that said it had moisture wicking in them but they were the semi long ones and white and he won't wear white or boxer briefs :confused3 He's gotta be difficult but he's 21 so he can buy his own underwear :lmao:

Oh one more thing they have 2 kinds one is for heat and one is for cold. My husband uses the cold ones when he goes hunting and no complaints and I know if there is not an outlet near you check out underarmour.com :goodvibes

Thanks for the suggestions!

I tried a couple of places and they just didn't have the underclothes. I may go ahead, though, and try an extra small woman's for my older daughter. The younger one is out of luck!!

I do recognize that cotton is often best however, when heat and mugginess get to a certain point I think keeping areas as moisture free as possible is healthiest.
