Modifying Pre-selected DAS rides

I was able to get thru the video chat and make most of my pre-selections. But since then I’ve adjusted some plans, including changing park days. I think I remember someone giving a way to get just to the advance selection team, not needing to go thru the full chat, but I can’t find it. Anyone know where it is?

Also, when I’m at WDW, can I go to Guest Relations to modify any that are more than 2-days in advance?

In the app... Go to the bottom right and tap the 3 lines, then go down to accessibility, then DAS, then step 2.

They are supposed to be unmodifiable. YMMV but people are literally spending hours and hours to make an initial selection at all. Should you really take a second nite at the apple when so many people can't get through at all?

Just be aware that to “change” an Advanced Selection they first cancel the one you have booked with no guarantee of getting anything better (or re-grabbing the one you drop). Also, reports lately haven’t mention choice of times, so there could be very limited availability.

As to in-park ability — I’ve seen reports that folks were told they could do this, but no actual reports of it working.

From what I’ve seen posted, DAS Advance Selections are ‘hooked’ to the park reservation. When the reservation is cancelled/park changed, they are also cancelled.

So, you will be making new ones for the new park reservation days, not modifying

Ok thanks guys! The main thing was I specifically didn’t select rides for 2 days. 1 I was unsure about and the other I planned on doing USO all day. Then I finally settled on the plans so I can see what is available. I prob won’t be changing up any of my existing choices on the other days.

Quick update: I went ahead and joined the chat today without much hope. Within 1 minute I got a response and we got it all figured out! I think the big backlog is all about getting initially registered as not a lot of people do the video approvals. The actual preselection can be done by a lot more people.
