Modifying online reservation?

I booked online for October last month with an APH rate, checked yesterday and it had gone down so modified my reservation with the new rate but today it has gone back up to the original rate? Is it best to call to get the new rate on the reservation?

It is best to call to change the rate and have them email you the adjusted confirmation with the new rate.

Try calling them and see what rate they have in the computer. If it is wrong, try explaining what happend. They may not be able to fix it since the rate you found is not showing up on the booking page.

Either way, have them resend your email confirmation. If they say that they cannot, just as for a guest service supervisor. Be insistant if you need, but the guest service supervisors are great!

Thanks for the reply I did call in the end and spoke to a very nice lady who adjusted the rate for me. BTW we are off to PBH as that is the last of the three that we have yet to stay at
