Modifying online check in

Hi everyone

I am trying to change our room requests, but when I click on edit the previously checked requests are shown in grey and cannot be removed or changed. Anyone else having this issue??? How can I change it?? If I call in, will the requests I give them replace the ones in online check in??

I had the same issue earlier today. I called. They told me they could not change what I entered online but would put notes on the reservation that the person assigning the room would see.

Yes, that is how it always is for me. I never bother with changing it. I would call if you need to. I'm sure they can figure something out

I made changes the other day after I did the initial 60 day online check in. Under MDE I selected itinerary for the arrival date and then where it showed the hotel hit view. It then gave me the option to modify and then was able to select the drop down under add requests.
