Modifying Dining Reservations

I currently have my dininng reservations made for 5 people. My cousin now tells me that she might not be going which will change those reservations to only 2 people. Do I have to call and change all those reservations to 2 people or can I tell them when I get there?

I am afraid at this point if I have to change those reservations, I might not be able to get the same restaurants. My other concern will be that she tells me at the last moment.

Help!! What should I do? I have such get dining reservations at this point!!!

I called yesterday to up our people in our reservations......I could do it to two places but not the rest......and had to change times for the ones I did get.
It is sometimes as hard to take away people as it is to add people.....
If you are 100 percent sure (ask your cousin for SURE) call and modify your reservations........
