Modifying a Split Stay?

I'm trying to book 3 nights at All Star Movies and 3 nights at CBR. The only thing I can get at CBR is a 4 night reservation. If I book the 4 nights at CBR can I call and get them to take off the first night or is that going to completely mess up my reservation?

Why do you have to book 4 nights? Maybe that's a minimum so I would think in that case you cannot shave the day off?

It used to be easy taking nights off an existing reservation, but Disney changed that a few years ago. The shorter stay must now be available as if it was a new reservation. You can book the 4 nights and then call to see if it can be modified, but regular reservation CMs don't usually have the authority to make that adjustment if the shorter stay isn't available. You can also ask to speak to guest services as they have the ability to do it, but it's not guaranteed they will. Good luck!
