Just wanted to check the fridge was ok. I had to cancel my involvement due to the volcanic ash cloud delaying my trip out. I was only supposed to have it til the 24th April, then hand it to Kkyle. Well on the 30th I got a message left at the front desk from Kkyle saying he'd left the fridge in luggage services for me and I was to hand it over to the next person on the 1st? It was already 11pm before I got it and I'd been out of the hotel since 6:30am so I couldn't go to luggage services. I left a note at the front desk for the next person but obviously didn't pick the fridge up as I wasn't due to have it. Not sure why Kkyle was handing it to me for less than a day anyway . But I wanted to check it was ok.

Kinda confused and a bit worried. Only got back online today.

I havent heard anything, so Im hoping no news is good news and that the fridge is still with us, Mom2mack is there now and hopefully she has it, I hope she will let us know when she gets back that everything went ok. Thank you for checking in. Hope you had a good trip.

I had a note waiting for me at the hotel when I checked in... The fridge wasnt in my name, but in the name of the the person who left me the note. I left it for the next person and I even talked to her on the phone right before I left. All should be well!!

Hi all... Well I'm wondering if we now have the other SWAP fridge... Here's why...

When I talked with Staley she left it down in luggage for me and when I went to pick it up in big blue letters is "Last Minute Fridge Swap" and I saw on old paper moderated by "mercenary" which I thought was odd since "Jakesmom" runs it.

Took it upstairs and didn't think anything more of it until i found a coffee maker inside...SURPRISE...didn't think we had one of those. Well I put it in the next person's name "Kim M" with all her info and she should have it now.

I also noticed that the other swaps fridge has gone missing since 5/7/10. So probably when Staley showed up luggage services just gave her the 1st thing they could find without double checking info on it.

Sooooo, I'm not sure how to get that back to the other swap board. I'm guessing since Staley had a note about fridge that it's still under the OP that was stuck with the ash cloud.

Kim has a fridge just probably not ours due to luggage services mixup.

I regret to inform you that I have to drop out of the swap do to upgrading to POR because my Mom decided she would like to come with us. So we couldn't stay at Pop we're sad but kinda happy we'll get to experience POR if we dont like it you know we'll definitely be back to POR! lol But I believe some one on here did inquire about those dates.

I know I'm going to miss Pop !! I was really looking foward to a refurbed room!! Looks like we'll have to have a pool party so I can check out the refurbed rooms! Lol! Hopefully i'll see you guys around disney!! I know me and tammy have lunch at te together and hddmr and were possibly doing tonys gm breakfast gg if we can get in. I hope this works out for you then it won't be so bad I had to leave Pop because I did a friend a favor! lol

ok, family illness has kept me off the board for the last couple of weeks, and it doesnt look like its going to get any better any time soon. I will try to keep up best I can, Bcarson I sent you a pm hopefully you have it, as far as I know the fridge is ours, and we do have a coffee pot, see the name of the thread, we should also have a toaster. Last I heard the coffee pot was in the fridge, so looks like all is good. Thunderbird 1 if you want the fridge its yours, just pm me all your info and I will confirm you. Dates avail are 08/18-08/26. Goofy 22 Im sure you will like POR we stayed at the French Quarter a couple of years ago and loved it,

Well I'm here and I have the same fridge that mom2mack had-- it works great and I will post the next persons name and info on it at the end of my stay...btw it was a bit tricky gettining it from luggage services. They had it but it wasn't until 3 requests later that it made it to the room.

When I had the fridge, there was no toaster. There was a coffee pot with filters and a bag with some pool things in it and dish soap on the door. I left a little bottle of hand sanitizer. Bxhappy, Sorry to hear you had a problem getting the fridge from luggage, I had no problem at all. I did have a problem with them picking it up along with my luggage. I scheduled a time to pick up and when they didn't arrive I called, she said she sent someone but half an hour later no one had ever come to the door.
