Honestly (IMO) just communication.In your opinion, what or how do you think the driver could have handled it better?
The driver when arriving could have clairified whether the passenger needed to be seated.
The driver also missed an opportunity once the passenger had boarded to communicate with words and offer for him to get off if standing wasn’t possible.
The driver is the one who understands what the driver needs to accomplish and the rules they’re given to work within. Passengers are much more understanding when they know the *why* .
