Mobility aids in queue

My mother has Parkinson and needs a wheelchair in the queue. The first 2 park days we have rented a wheelchair at the front of the park so she can use it in the queue. It's getting tough pushing the chair through the parks.

If she rents an ECV are there complimentary wheelchairs at the queue entrances? We aren't doing any standby lines, just G+ LL because the regular lines are too long for her even in the wheelchair. Not using DAS because her issues are strictly mobility.

Thanks!

Most lines you can take the EVC thru. The ones that don’t will give accomodations like BTR let’s you go in the exit. Nothing to arrange ahead of time, just see the CM at the line entrance.

As PP says, the ECV can go through the vast majority of queues (including G+/LL). For the few that don't, you'll either be directed to an alternative entrance (like BTMRR) or there are manual wheelchairs to borrow for use in the queue (like Pirates).

Another thing to consider... If she is not used to driving an ECV, she can practice using one at local grocery store or Walmart/Target. Keep the speed on "Turtle" while in queues.
