Mobile Pay with Quick Service

Do you have to use Mobile Pay to buy Counter Service meals at WDW right now? The videos and articles are leading me to believe that I can't just walk up and make an order to a person, that I have to make a mobile reservation on the app.

Sorry it this has been covered on another thread, I searched but didn't find one.

You do not HAVE to, but it is the preferred way to pay. There will be employees outside the locations asking you do to that. But if you need to make allergy substitutions or pay with cash, you can do so inside if you explain those reasons.
