Mobile Ordering

I am travelling with a group of young adults for a high school senior trip. I am in control of the group MDE but would like each one of them to be able to mobile order. Can they each set up their own MDE just for mobile ordering? Or does their account have to include their park tickets on it to be able to mobile order?

I believe they can download MDE and just create an account to be able to mobile order. I've pretended to mobile order many times from home just to see menus (some options show pictures). I don't think it has anything to do with park tickets at all.
