mobile ordering questions

I usually buy a bunch of Disney gift cards, $25 here, $50 there, maybe $100, different denominations when I have a little extra cash. I like having food and most souvenirs prepaid. We are going to DL in August, a trip that was postponed twice due to covid closures. My question is, can the Disney gift cards be used for prepaying on mobile ordering or do they only take credit cards? I already have a few hundred in gift cards purchased when we thought we were going last spring but I don't want to tie up any more money on gc's if they can't be used for mobile food ordering. Thanks!

Haven't done it myself but I have read that it can be done; just that you have to put the GC number in each time. Some folks recommend putting all the GC numbers in a "notes" app on their phone and then copy/pasting it into the DL app when ordering since the app won't save your card numbers.
