Do you mean your favorite restaurants that use mobile order? If so, no, you can't make a favorites list (unfortunately!).
But... you can easily search for the restaurant you want and avoid having to scroll through the whole list of restaurants. Just choose the magnifying glass at the bottom, type name of restaurant, choose it, then choose Order Food.
