DBF has a pepper (veggie not spice) allergy, like no bell peppers, jalapenos etc. Is there a way to note this if we use mobile order or customize by asking for them to not put the peppers on it if it comes with them?

Unfortunately there's no way to customize an order using mobile ordering. The only choices it lets you make are limited (such as which side if there is a choice and it comes with a side, or what flavor beverage you want when you choose a soft drink). There is no "comments" section for you to add allergy information either. Sadly that means if you have an allergy you'd have to order an item you are certain will not be an issue exactly as it appears on the menu, or wait in line to place a regular order.

Ok, thanks! I went through a fake order in the app and that's what i thought the answer would be, but wanted to make sure i wasn't missing anything since this is our first time with mobile order.

Offhand, do you know if the regular chili has peppers in it? Last year at Universal he got a chili cheese dog and then noticed the peppers (before he ate it) and we were like phew that was close!

Depending on how bad the allergy is, even asking for no peppers may not be enough. My kids have a nightshade allergy -no peppers, tomatoes, potatoes etc. On the rare times we go out I also have to watch the seasonings -paprika, cayenne & red pepper flakes are peppers so those set them off as well.

Chili generally has cayenne & chili pepper seasoning. If he has a pepper allergy he can't eat it.
