Mobile Ordering and Allergies

Does anyone know if you can use the mobile ordering if you have allergies?
I have a DD that has a few major allergies so I didn't know if you can adjust the mobile ordering to compensate for that or are we always going to have to stand in line for the QS.

There's nowhere to indicate allergies on mobile ordering so those of us with allergies still need to stand in line at QS. I would rather wait and talk to someone in person anyway but I have several non-top 8 allergies.

I've only used mobile ordering at Be Our Guest and was able to filter out the major allergens and order ahead. I have not been back since they rolled it out to other quick service restaurants.
