Anyone had any experience with mobile ordering food from a resort that says only current guest of that resort can order? I don't want to miss out on lunch at Gasparilla Grill on our Magic Kingdom day, but I need to know if it's really possible to do so.

They usually only do that at the monorail resorts during very busy times when there are special fireworks displays. Like NYE and July 4th. Normally, you can mobile order. We've done for the Poly when staying at the WL.

You can still order - it's just to avoid people using mobile order as a means of parking at the resort.

We love Gasparilla! Grabbed dinner there a couple of weeks ago after a day at MK.

I've gotten that several times. I enjoy going to other resorts to eat (via WDW Transportation). So yes I see it, and I just ignore it. No one's ever asked me if I'm staying at that resort when I go to pick up my order.

I got that when we were at the Contempo and we were not staying there. I placed the order anyhow. It worked.

you can mobile order from other resorts like PPs have said a mobile order doesn’t get you in the gates of a resort to park only a physical ADR

If you want to mobile order from a resort know going in you will most likely need to take internal transportation if not staying
