Hi everyone,
With our trip getting near I wanted to see if anyone would have some answers to questions about mobile dining orders and how they are working now since we haven’t been in the parks post-Covid….
1) if we mobile order can we change our window to a later time (if needed) without simply cancelling and re-ordering? Obviously this would mean that another window is open but I just mean can you change the time if needed
2) if we want to ask for something plain (like a burger) has anyone had luck mobile ordering then asking at the pick up window for the plain part? I don’t see an option for customizing a lot of items and we have some picky eaters but mobile order could save some major line waiting
3) if we order something for a later in the day window (like a seasonal food that could run out later in the day) will the item be held or if they run out before the window we are out of luck? Trying to gauge is we can order it for when we want it or need to grab it up first thing and eat it later to be safe
4) if an item isn’t on mobile order first thing in the morning does that mean they are likely out then/that day or is it worth going to order in person? Seems like some days they have seasonal items on mobile order and some not and I know even before Covid shortages there were days seasonal items were out and hadn’t been restocked yet so I’m hoping it’s not worse then usual this year!
