Mobile Dining QS order question?

I hope this question makes sense...If I have my teens & hubby log in to my MDE account could they add their QS Mobile Dining orders to a current order I have started that's open if I haven't sent it yet & picked a time slot? I have 6 kids plus hubby & everyone always takes so long to decide to order but don't want to miss ideal time slots or have it time out because we are taking a long time to decide so I was wondering if my teens & husband who have phones could log in at the same time to add their orders?!? Hope this makes sense & TIA for any advice/tips you could give!

I don't believe it can cross save the cart. But worst case everyone can look at the menus on there phone and than text you there order.
