mobile/cell phone cameras

Does anyone know of any review sites for cameras in phones, or camera sites that review camera phones? Or can anyone give me any good advice on these?
I know I'm not going to get camera quality and features, but if I'm getting a phone with a camera on it I may as well get one that works!

I've had Nokias, which have been disappointing at best, and I'm considering a Sony Ericsson 3.2mp one next before I give up on them.
