There is not currently a Moana meet and greet at WDW.

Currently you can only find Moana at Magic Kingdom during the hard ticket parties (Not so Scary or Very Merry)

Yep. If you want to see Moana then you have to pay

She left in April to make room for Groot and Starlord at the time. Halloween and christmas parties are the only time to meet her now

Thanks guys, I had a feeling that was old news. Dang. DD is bringing her BFF and for the first time in years, she wants to meet some characters lol

You can see her on the boat during the Fantasmic finale. It's not a meet, but if you want to see her that's where you'll want to go
