Moana gone from HS?

I'm hearing that Moana is no longer in HS...say it isn't so! Is this true? Has she moved elsewhere? My kids will be so disappointed

Rumor has it she will be moved to Adventureland at MK but no official word yet.

Her last day at DHS was last Sunday, April 16.

Unfortunately, this is true. My niece is going to be super bummed. We didn't get to see her on our previous trip (she didn't have a meet and greet spot yet), and its the main reason we booked another trip, and we just found out she's not going to be there. I e-mailed Disney directly and they confirmed, she's an "Adventurer," and her adventures are taking her out of HS, and elsewhere, at a not-yet-known date.

Gosh, I can't believe that they haven't got a space for her sorted, the movie is so recent, and seems to be so popular (I might be biased being from NZ, where our Maori culture has very strong links - we have Maui as an important part of our mythology too).

Sorry you will miss her. We were fortunate that we happened to be there on her last day. I know my daughter would have been very disappointed too.

Gotta square the money out. Funding her appearance at HS was included in the movie promotion budget. That ran out so now it will move to the same budget that covers all other characters. Will take them time to get all their ducks in a row to cover her cost. Hopefully she's proven popular enough for them to plan to do this
