I got my tickets 1 week ago. Now I am not sure we will be going. If the resorts aren’t up & running at 100% can I get my money back?

They are, typically, non-refundable, but it's certainly worth a phone call to ask. If they outright cancel your party, you would get a refund.

I would think unless they cancel the party they wont be doing refunds but it cant hurt to call guest services. Everything with this Covid situation is so different from before! Good luck!

If you just purchased them LAST week, then I would say no unless Disney is simply not open yet when it's time for the party. If you purchased them before and you just received them, then there is a possibility you could get a refund. However, again, if Disney is up and running by then, I wouldn't expect them to refund them.

If the parks aren't open at all there is no party so it will either be a refund or an offer for another party. If they are open though you may be in a different situation. You should call though.
