Based on our experiences of buying these tickets last year I wouldn't panic too much about getting on the phone first thing, on the day they are released, unless you particularly want tickets for October 31st.
From what we could see this was the first day to sell out but other days, especially those in September/early October, had tickets left closer to the actual party.
