MNSSHP - why no Oct 13?

I noticed there was no Halloween party on Friday Oct. 13 this year, but all the other Fri/Sat in October and late Sept. ANyone know why it was not held on that day?? Just wondered since next year we are hoping to go before our cruise and want to be sure it is happening the Friday we are there!!
