We had a great time in Disney from 9/26 - 10/1. We went to MNSSHP on 9/30. While it was fun, it was hectic.
Also, the only bad thing was we got there at around 5:30 pm. We had not eaten dinner yet so we could eat while we waited. We were in Tomorrowland meeting a friend. Then they shipped us over to adventureland to wait and there WAS NO FOOD there except for Dole Whips. While normally I wouldn't mind ice cream for dinner, my DH was NOT happy about it. He wanted FOOD. There was no food in there from 6 - 7:00 pm. Then by that time, it was a hectic run around thing that you didn't want to stop and eat dinner.
The trick or treating was long lines, but it moved fast. We did see quite a few characters. There were NO lines for the rides in Fantasyland for quite a while. At about 9:00 pm I send DS and DH back to the hotel, they were done. I stayed for the 9:15 Wishes (awesome) and the 10:00 pm parade. I did see the headless horseman go by, but had no warning so no picture of it. After the 10:00 parade EVERYONE was leaving.
There were more people not dressed up than dressed up. It was very, very, very hot. I had my costume on for about 10 minutes but took it off to get my picture taken with the SEVEN DWARFS. That was a RARE character sighting. We just happened to be in Fantasyland when they came marching by.
All in all it was fun, but not sure if I would rush right back.
Let me know if there are any questions.
