MNSSHP times

I am confused. I read that the MNSSHP was from 7p.m. to midnight, I read that some people plan on going early. This is our first time and we assumed we couldn't get in until 7 p.m. We have 5:30 ADR and then we were going to change into our costumes and be at the party by 7 p.m. Will we be late? Will we miss something? We are going on Oct. 2nd. Any input would be helpful.

I think this just means that last year people were able to get into MK at 4:30 using their MNSSHP ticket. They didn't have to pay regular park admission. The actual party events don't start until after 7.

If attending the MNSSHP, the ticket for that event will get you into that event only. If you want to go to a park that morning you would have to use one of your day tickets to do that. The Party is from 7-12, however if you feel like showing up a little early they seem to allow the people attending the party event for that evening in earlier than 7pm. Say maybe as early as 4-4:30ish.
