MNSSHP Tickets

So I just discovered there is a party on October 17th that wasn't there when the parties were first announced. I want to go, but I"m living from my apartment on October 12th to go to my home in Florida. If I were to order my tickets today, would I receive them in the mail before I leave or should I just wait it out and get them when I arrive in Disney on the 15th. I'm also getting my Annual Pass on the 15th...so shouldn't it be safer to just get it the 15th so I can get the AP discount on the MNSSHP tickets?

Only you can choose 15 vs 17, but you can always have them hold the tickets at will-call instead of mailing them to you.

Definitely order them before you go and choose will-call for pickup. You can take your confirmation to any Guest Services location and get the tickets. I do this regardless of when we leave for our trip as there's less chance I'll lose the tickets before we get there (or accidentally leave them at home)!

If you order in advance and have the tickets held at Will Call, you would be getting the advance purchase discount. Buy them at the door, and you'll pay the full price. It's only a few bucks, but why not save the extra cash?

Nevermind... the AP discount is better than the advance purchase discount! Might as well buy them at the door then... it's not going to sell out, only Halloween night sells out.

I could be wrong...but I thought the only way you could get the AP/DVC discount was to buy them in advance. Maybe you should call and make sure you will still be able to get the discount if you buy them at Guest Services when you get there.
