we get ours sent out by post (we did this last year with the mvmcp tickets) they take about 10 days and come by dhl normally

Can you pay by Switch over the phone or does it have to be Visa?

As far as Switch is concerned I wouldn't think so as that's a UK system of payment & you are ordering from the States.Tickets also become available online but not until the end of June.
