MNSSHP ticket and FP+

DBF's mom and sister are staying one night with us in Sept after a cruise and attending MNSSHP. I know we can't make FP+ reservations after 7, but can we make them using the party ticket before 7? Just wondering because if not, I won't link theirs to MDE. If no, do you think they will be able to make any there? Should I link them to get them a MB?

1. Looks like you can, but we have no solid proof.

2. That's a purely subjective decision.
Nothing particularly special will happen if you have a MB.
