Pretty much for adults only. My GF and I are going to the one on the 27th and wanted to know if any adults have dressed up in a costume. We were at a Holloween store the other day and bought 2 Mardi Gras type masks.

So, have you???

I have never been but my sister and a group of friends go and they all dress up. They have a lot of fun and from the pictures they are not the only ones in costume.

Dress up and have a great time!

We have gone twice, once we did and once we did not. Both ways were fine.

By DW and I always dress up for MNSSHP. Last time we were Dubya and Laura - I think we scared a few kids.

We were there this past Friday evening and there were many adults who were dressed up. It was fun to see what everyone was wearing!

We went on 9/30 and there were tons of adults wearing costumes. Some of them were quite elaborate too. We saw: a pair wearing alice in wonderland and the mad hatter, a pair wearing jessica rabbit and roger rabbit, pirates of various shape and sizes, another jessica rabbit who had a really great figure, princess leia, jedis, maleficent, the queen of hearts... pretty much the gamut.

I thought there were more adults wearing costumes than there were kids wearing costumes.

good. then we won't feel like idiots. :cool1:

I remember seeing a lady dressed up like Tinkerbell. My dd was hoping that I would dress like Tinkerbell too, but since I am 8 months pregnant I would be one funny looking Tinkerbell. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Pagan Moon - In answer to your question about how the party was this year, we had a really great time. I went to MNSSHP in 2003 and thought it was ok....crowded, but ok. I had heard that the party on 9/30 was sold out (not sure if it was or not), but it was so much better than in 2003. The parade was fun, the fireworks great and the trick or treat stations seemed much more organized than in the past. They also gave out so much candy. My kids were getting fistfulls of candy from the CMs. :earboy2:

We were also pleasantly surprised by the ride wait times. The only waits for rides were in Fantasyland. My DH and kids didn't have to wait for BTMRR and actually got to stay in the car and ride over and over again. We walked on Buzz and HM as well.

Have a great time at the party on the 13th! :wizard:
